The Internet Newbie's Missing Link to Online Wealth

Where exactly do I Start? How Do I bring in the big bucks online?
If you're a newbie planning to make your fortune online these are some of the first, legitimate questions you must ask yourself because the answer will determine whether you end up as an internet money maker or online failure. However considering how much good and bad information and content there is readily available, it’s rather difficult to know exactly where to start until you learn from your mind numbing mistakes!

These days on the internet, it's hard to tell ‘who's the real deal and who's just out to get your hard-earned bucks.’ Numerous "systems" and products that promise easy money on autopilot now populate the virtual information world. It seems that every month some "previously unknown guru" or "underground marketer" comes out of the woodwork launching new products guaranteed to fill your bank account with limitless money. Going as far as stating that without their product, you're destined to fail in your marketing efforts regardless of what you do.

Some are legitimate; others are just full of fluff. In a way they actually contribute to the net's main purpose of disseminating information. It is supposed to be the information superhighway, after all. One must be careful in crossing this superhighway nowadays, though.

The most crucial step in enriching your life is changing what goes through your mind.
‘Changing Your Thinking’
Becoming rich is something that originates in the mind. There is a clear difference in mindset and thinking habits between those who are rich and always attract wealth and between those besides them.

When you sit down to work online, always remember you goals and have an action plan.
  • DO YOUR HOME WORK.
Start by gathering all the relevant and important information regarding your topic or niche market. Analyze your market, your market's deepest desires, and the benefits you can offer to this market. Then, isolate your most impressive and unique competitive advantage. In other words, single out your MAIN BENEFIT. Try and encapsulate this main benefit into your headline and classified ad.

  • CREATE
A "Must Get More Information" HEADLINE. You'll have just a few seconds to capture your prospects attention to get them to read on. Your headline MUST draw the reader in to want more. Amazingly, bi-polar headlines (headlines that start off negative but ends positive) work best. Example: Don't Waste Another Dollar - Discover How to Increase Your Sales by 1700%. This headline will draw anyone who is struggling to make sales to want to read on. It's a negative headline that promises a positive result. Remember to create over 50 Headlines, just let your ideas flow. After you've created about 50 possible headlines, choose your top 3 to 5 headlines and test to see which gets the best results.

Then, whatever internet marketing strategy you choose, make sure you research it carefully, understand both your market and competitors and then focus your efforts where it matters. The internet is not only the largest marketplace in the world, it’s the only marketplace where you can be just as visible as a Fortune 500 company!

Truth be told, starting out completely alone on the Internet is overwhelming, hence 99% of Internet marketers fail!
Reason being, that they do not take the time to educate themselves before starting their marketing efforts. I speak from personal experience. I was once desperate and disappointed by what the Internet threw back at me until I started educating myself in what actually works and gets results.
You need to focus on acquiring real long-term marketing skills that allow you to identify opportunities and monetize them.

Its well worth remembering just what the internet was originally designed for: a virtual environment originally designed and built for free information to the community. This trend of premium pricing (some call it paradigm shift) is quite alarming. Worrisome still is that a lot of aspiring internet marketers actually fall for these schemes, in a form of mass-hysteria mentality one would find quite incredible. You see web pages from these web gurus' websites splashed with testimony after testimony of successful buyers, or those who're supposedly making millions in 6 months after buying these products.
Some see this reverse-psychology tactic as ingenious, some say it's a self-perpetuating prophesy, others think its hype.

As a beginner, be aware that no internet marketing secret is worth losing your shirt over, or worth securing a mortgage for...
